Shipping Coverage Area

We currently ship within the Continental United States. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.


Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we have received your purchase. If you do not receive confirmation shortly after checkout, please check your spam folder or contact us at returns@globemall3d.com.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Processing includes order verification, coordination with our domestic suppliers, and preparation for shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

For high-demand, custom, or temporarily out-of-stock items, we will contact you directly with updated availability and estimated ship dates before moving forward.


Shipment Notification & Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. This allows you to monitor your shipment in real time from dispatch through delivery.

For freight shipments, tracking and delivery coordination details will be provided once the carrier has scheduled pickup.


Estimated Delivery Time

Transit time typically ranges from 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. In most cases, customers receive their orders within 7–12 business days from the date of purchase.

Large or freight shipments may require delivery appointments and can vary slightly based on scheduling availability.
